USTB Signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with China Railway 15th Bureau Group

The signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation framework agreement between the USTB and China Railway 15th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. ( hereafter referred to as “China Railway 15th Group”) was held in the Administration Building, USTB. The ceremony was attended by Mr. HUANG Changfu, China Railway 15th Group General Manager & Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Mr. XU Jianfu, Vice General Manager and Chief Engineer, Mr. WU Lanqing, Vice General Manager and Mr. WU Guilong, Chancellor of USTB, Prof. YANG Renshu, President of USTB, Prof. QUAN Liangzhu, Vice Chancellor of USTB and Prof. HE Minqing, Vice President of USTB. Mr. XU Jianfu and Prof. HE Minqing signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both sides. The ceremony was presided over by Mrs. HE Jin, Director of Office of the Alumni Association of USTB and Office of the USTB Education Foundation.
On behalf of the school, Mr. WU Guilong extended his welcome to Mr. HUANG Changfu and his delegation, then expressed his gratitude to China Railway 15th Group for its long-term help and support to our school. He hoped that in the future, the two sides would cooperate closely and work together, so as to make new and greater contributions to the cultivation of industry elites, the promotion of industrial technological progress, and the service of national innovation and development strategy.
On behalf of China Railway 15th Group, Mr. HUANG expressed his gratitude to USTB for its positive attitude in the cooperation. He emphasized that the signing of the agreement was an important opportunity for both sides to strengthen cooperation and to promote innovative development. Through the joint efforts of both sides, recently, important progress had been made in many fields.
Prof. YANG Renshu pointed out that the signing of the agreement between the two sides was an effective way to promote the in-depth industry-university integration and continuously improve the innovation ability for high-quality development. It was of significance for the two sides.to deepen their strategic cooperation relationship.
