The most convenient way to reach USTB is by either taxi or private car (e.g. Didi, Uber). The most common visitor entrances are either at the East Gate, if you wish to go to the USTB Office of International Affairs, or the West Gate, if you wish to visit the Administrative Building or Main Building. To reach either location, you can tell your driver you wish to go to:
East Gate: 北京科技大学东门 (Běijīng kējì dàxué dōng mén)
West Gate: 北京科技大学西门 （Běijīng kējì dàxué xīmén）
If you cannot speak Chinese, you may show the driver the written Chinese and they will bring you here. Please note that it is highly recommended you only use a legitimate taxi or private car service in order to make sure your fare is correct; we strongly discourage the use unlicensed private drivers (“black taxis”), as they may be dangerous and try to take advantage of foreign visitors.
