留学生会将吸收新的成员15-20人。选出主席1人，副主席2人。
成立3个办公室
1、活动组：
a.留学生文艺、体育等活动的联络、组织，可创造性的开展活动；
b.联系留学生足球队、篮球队、羽毛球队等（逐步成立各项目代表队）。
2、宣传设计组：宣传海报设计，刊物制作。
3、联络组：
a.联系本校其他学生会；b.联系其他学校学生会；c.联系校外公司，拉赞助。
留学生会主要任务
在留学生中心的指导下，开展相关活动，为我校留学生提供服务。参与留学生文化节、新年招待会、各项体育比赛、歌手大赛等活动，并鼓励留学生会创造性的开展活动。
表现优秀的留学生会成员可获得：
1、 在奖学金评选中给予加分、优先考虑等奖励；
2、 毕业时获得学生干部荣誉、证明；
3、 每学年获得一次出游机会；
4、 根据活动需要，给予电话费补助。

The International Student Union will recruit 15-20 new members, selecting one president and two vice presidents.
Establish 3 teams:
1. Activity Team:
a. Responsible for contact, organize art and sport activities, carry out creative new activities.
b. Contact with the International student football team, basketball team, and badminton teams. (gradually establish delegation teams)
2. Publicity and Design Team: poster design, journal production
3. Communication Team:
a. Contact with other student unions of USTB.
b. Contact with student unions from other universities.
c. Contact companies to get sponsorship.
Main tasks:
Carry out activities and serve for the international students under the guidance of International Student Center. Participate in International Students Cultural Festival, New Year Party, Sports Games, Singing Competition, etc. Encourage the student union to carry out creative new activities.
Outstanding International Student Union Member can acquire:
1. Award bonus points and priorities in scholarship evaluation.
2. Award honor and certification of “Student Leader”.
3. Award a trip every year.
4. Award phone subsidies to the needs and circumstances of activities.
