获得荣誉及社会兼职
国家自然科学基金委“优秀青年基金”获得者,入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”与北京市“青年英才计划”,获霍英东青年教师奖。2009 年获北京科技大学大学材料物理与化学博士学位,2011-2013 年获德国洪堡基金会资助作为“洪堡学者”在德国乌尔姆大学开展博士后研究。主要从事低维材料能量转换与传感器件的构筑与应用研究,聚焦低维材料的控制生长、器件结构设计与性能调控,推动了低维材料的应用,以第2 完成人获省部级科研奖励一等奖2 项、二等奖1 项。负责承担国家自然科学基金、北京市和教育部科研项目共10 余项。
在Nat. Commun.、Sci. Adv.和Adv. Mater.等国际高水平期刊上发表SCI 论文90 余篇,论文他引近2000 次。申请国家发明专利20 余项,已授权十余项。参与撰写《一维氧化锌纳米材料》和《ZnO Nanostructures: Fabrication and Application》等中英文专著3 部。担任中国金属学会材料科学分会副秘书长。
